Team Giant-Alpecin rider John Degenkolb is that rare species who can win many different types of races, all throughout the year. He loves the spring classics but also plays a key role in the grand tours. He dreams of winning a world championship. Last year the hard work paid off. A win at Gent-Wevelgem, podium at Paris-Roubaix, lots of stage wins and a top-10 at Worlds. We caught up with “Dege” at a pre-season training camp in Spain as he prepared with his teammates for 2015.
